At Eggcellent, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our subscription services.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your new subscription to Eggcellent Plus or Ultimate, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
2.1 Eligibility for 7-Day Refund
To be eligible for a full refund:
- The refund request must be made within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
- This applies to your first-time subscription to a paid plan (Plus or Ultimate)
- The refund request must be submitted via email to support@eggcellent.io
- You must include your account email and subscription details in the request
2.2 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Upon refund approval, your subscription will be immediately canceled
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of the 7-day period from your original purchase
3. Subscription Renewals
3.1 No Refunds for Renewals
Important: The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to your initial subscription purchase. Subscription renewal charges are non-refundable.
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month
- Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year
- No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for renewal charges
- It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue
3.2 Managing Auto-Renewal
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings:
- Log in to your Eggcellent account
- Navigate to Account → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription" or "Manage Billing"
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for
4. Plan Changes and Upgrades
4.1 Upgrading Your Plan
If you upgrade from Plus to Ultimate (or from monthly to annual):
- You will be charged the difference between plans immediately
- Your billing cycle will be adjusted to align with the new plan
- Upgrades are treated as new subscriptions and are eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee
4.2 Downgrading Your Plan
If you downgrade from Ultimate to Plus (or from annual to monthly):
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds or credits are provided for unused time on your current plan
- You will be charged the lower rate when your next billing cycle begins
5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
5.1 Service Outages
In the event of prolonged service outages or technical issues that prevent you from using Eggcellent:
- We may provide pro-rated credits or refunds at our discretion
- Credits are typically issued as account credits rather than refunds
- Contact our support team to report significant service disruptions
5.2 Billing Errors
If you believe you were incorrectly charged:
- Contact us immediately at support@eggcellent.io
- Provide details of the alleged error, including transaction date and amount
- We will investigate and resolve billing errors within 10 business days
- If an error is confirmed, we will issue a full refund for the incorrect charge
5.3 Account Termination
If your account is terminated by Eggcellent for violating our Terms of Service:
- No refunds will be provided for the terminated account
- Access to the Service will be immediately revoked
- Any pending subscription charges may still be processed
6. Free Plan (Basic)
The Basic (Free) plan does not involve any payment and therefore is not subject to refunds. Users may use the free plan indefinitely without any charges.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Important Notice: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company.
- We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly
- Chargebacks for valid charges may result in account suspension or termination
- Chargeback fees may be charged to your account
- Frivolous or fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action

To request a refund within the 7-day guarantee period:

We will respond to your request within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days.
